Introduction

 

High Temperature Electrical Rotary Union is a key component used to transfer fluid (such as steam, thermal oil, etc.) from fixed pipelines to rotating equipment (such as drums, drums, dryers, etc.) under high temperature conditions. Its main function is to achieve continuous transmission of fluid between static and dynamic components while maintaining sealing.
 

1. Good high temperature resistance

 

The main body of this Electrical Rotary Union is made of special heat-resistant stainless steel (such as SUS304 or SUS316L), which has strong thermal stability and oxidation resistance. In terms of the sealing system, imported graphite-reinforced PTFE or silicon carbide materials are selected. These materials can maintain sealing elasticity and wear resistance under high temperature conditions. The product can work continuously in an environment of 300°C and withstand a high temperature of 350°C in a short time without deformation or leakage. It is suitable for continuous transportation of high-temperature media such as thermal oil and steam.

 

2. Reasonable sealing structure design


This joint adopts a double-end mechanical seal structure, which can effectively resist the wear caused by internal and external pressure difference fluctuations. An automatic compensation mechanism is set up inside, which can automatically adjust the clamping force when the sealing surface is slightly worn, thereby maintaining long-term sealing performance.

 

3. Stable response of the electric control system

 

The Electrical Rotary Union can be used with a servo motor or a stepper motor to achieve precise control of the rotation angle. In terms of response speed, the system delay time is controlled within 0.2 seconds, which is suitable for automation equipment with high requirements for rotation frequency and angle. The results of repeated positioning tests show that the angle error can be controlled within ±0.05°, ensuring the synchronous control requirements under high-speed operation conditions, and effectively improving the reliability and efficiency of the overall equipment operation.

 

4. Convenient installation and maintenance


The rotary joint interface adopts standard G1 1/2 external thread and matching flange structure, which can be directly compatible with a variety of mainstream industrial equipment without the need for additional conversion devices. The product structure is modularly designed, which is convenient for users to replace wear parts on site, such as seals, bearings, etc. The entire maintenance process can generally be completed within 15 minutes, which helps to improve equipment availability and reduce the workload of maintenance personnel.
