Precautions For Installation Rotary Joint for Water
Before installation, the sealing surface shall not be mixed with foreign matters. The joint with inspection hole shall be installed with the inspection hole facing down. When installing the pipeline, avoid installing the valve and other weight objects on the rotary joint.
When the thread is installed, the thread direction shall be convenient for fastening (easy to handle) relative to the rotation direction The rotation direction of roll, drum, etc. shall be observed from the installation direction of rotary joint, which shall be: "left thread in clockwise direction and right thread in counter clockwise direction".
For the connection of rotary joint and piping part, please use flexible pipe Please avoid using steel pipe to install the pipe directly, so that the joint is restricted. When the rotation joint stops, please only stop the rotation of the joint without any other constraints.
Under the condition of the highest service pressure, please avoid using the highest speed. When the bearing is used under high temperature, if the ball bearing is used, the grease must be fed If a certain time is exceeded (depending on the frequency of use), oil must be given.
