Strong Pressure Bearing Capacity
The maximum pressure bearing capacity of the fluid rotary connector is 0.8MPa, and it can be used in medium-pressure fluid systems. If the liquid is suddenly injected or the temperature changes greatly when the equipment is started, it is easy to cause instantaneous high pressure and pressure fluctuations. In this case, the joint can still maintain structural stability and reliable sealing.
Two Connection Methods
The product supports two connection methods: threaded and flanged. The threaded interface is suitable for equipment with limited space and frequent disassembly and assembly; the flange interface is suitable for medium and large equipment and high-pressure pipelines, and the installation is firm and not easy to loosen. Compared with products that only support a single connection form, this product has greater flexibility in on-site installation.
Good Sealing
The fluid rotary connector adopts a multi-spring balanced mechanical seal structure. The sealing surface is pressed by multiple springs at the same time, so that the contact surface fits evenly and avoids leakage caused by single-point force. This structure enables the equipment to run for a long time without dripping at a speed of up to 1000RPM and a high temperature of 180°C.
