Good Sealing
The industrial rotary union adopts a mechanical seal structure, and its sealing surface is tightly fitted through the axial spring preload, and the fitting gap is about 0.25~0.5 μm. Therefore, the leakage of the device under long-term operation at 1.2 MPa pressure and 180°C high temperature environment is less than 0.01 ml/min, which is much smaller than the industry's general mechanical seal leakage standard of 0.05 ml/min.
Flange Connection
The joint adopts standardized flange connection. Compared with threaded connection, the flange structure is symmetrically fastened by multiple high-strength bolts, which can withstand repeated internal pressure fluctuations and pipeline vibrations, and the connection remains stable and not loose under long-term operation at 1.2MPa pressure.
Modular Structure
The product adopts a modular structure. Each key component of the product (such as the seal assembly, bearing unit, and housing connection section) is independently designed as a functional unit. During disassembly and assembly, a certain part can be replaced separately without the need to disassemble the entire unit or send it for repair, which shortens the maintenance time from the original 60 minutes to 15 minutes.
