Meanwhile, the alloy housing sheds weight without sacrificing structural integrity, making installation easier and reducing stress on mounting brackets. 2. Strong pressure resistance


This product is suitable for a working pressure range of 0.1~1.0 MPa, which can meet the pressure requirements of most industrial pneumatic systems. The inner shaft is made of high-strength alloy steel, and the outer shell is made of hard-oxidized aluminum alloy structure to ensure the pressure resistance of the rotary joint under long-term operation and frequent start-stop conditions. 

 

3. Support multi-channel design

 

To meet the need for simultaneous multi-source gas transmission, we offer multi-channel variants with port counts ranging from 1 to 12. This compact layout enables independent circulation of multiple gas media without expanding the installation footprint-making it a fit for highly integrated systems like automated production lines and robotic gripping rigs. Whether feeding separate pressures to different tooling stations or routing control signals through the same interface, this rotary air joint handles the complexity without crowding the cabinet.

 

4. Good corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance


For different use environments, the product provides a variety of material options, including stainless steel 304/316, anodized aluminum and nickel-plated brass. These materials have good corrosion resistance and are suitable for use in humid environments with corrosive gases or dust particles. At the same time, the upper limit of the operating temperature that the rotary joint can withstand in the structural design is +120℃, which meets the use requirements of some industrial equipment for high temperature resistance and is suitable for food, medical, chemical and other industry scenarios with high requirements for material stability.
