A rotating pipe coupling is a sealing device that can transport media such as gas or liquid from a stationary pipeline to a rotating device while ensuring that the media does not leak.

Good Sealing
The rotating pipe coupling adopts a spherical sealing structure, which can automatically adjust the angle like a spherical joint, always fits tightly to the sealing surface, and prevents gaps. Therefore, at an operating speed of 150RPM, the leakage rate of the swivel joint is still controlled at <0.05ml/h.

Two Connection Forms
This product provides two standard interface forms: threaded connection and flange connection. For equipment systems with small space, quick installation or frequent maintenance, threaded connection can be preferred; in scenarios with high pressure requirements, high operating temperature or large pipe diameter, flange connection can be selected.

Good Pressure Resistance
The stainless steel shell of the rotating pipe coupling is integrally forged and then CNC turned. This weld-free structure can avoid the weak strength area caused by stress concentration in the welding part. Therefore, the maximum pressure of the product is up to 2.5MPa, which is suitable for most industrial medium and high pressure fluid systems.
